On August 9, 2008, it was140 years since Father Laurence Dunne was named as the first resident Pastor of the newly formed St. Patrick’s Church in Dwight, Illinois.   A Church building was erected in 1862.  Replaced in 1895 with the Church at left....it’s cornerstone greets parishioners at our entrance yet today.

The current Church was constructed in 1969, and continues, under the guidance of Pastor James Rickey, to meet the spiritual needs of the Dwight Community.  We hope you find our website helpful.
